Sydney Bracken, Licensed Professional Counselor Associate
Development Coordinator
Sydney Bracken is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who is dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and pursue meaningful personal growth. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Clemson University.
Sydney works with adults across the lifespan who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and stress. She brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy, creating a safe and supportive space where individuals can slow down, become more present, and explore their experiences without judgment. With a growing emphasis on somatic awareness, Sydney integrates body-based approaches into her work to help clients better understand how emotions and stress are held physically. She believes that healing is not only cognitive but also deeply rooted in the body, and she gently guides clients in developing awareness of physical sensations, nervous system responses, and patterns that may be contributing to distress. Through this process, clients can build greater self-regulation, grounding skills, and a deeper connection to themselves. Sydney believes that healing is a personal journey and that meaningful change happens when individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered. Her goal is to walk alongside her clients as they gain insight, build confidence, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
