Katharine is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with greater understanding, connection, and confidence. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Development from the University of Georgia and her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University.

Katharine enjoys working with young children, young adults, couples, and parents as they navigate life transitions and the challenges that can accompany them. Her areas of interest include supporting clients experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma, and relational difficulties. She approaches therapy with an appreciation for the ways that our relationships, life experiences, and environments can shape how we see ourselves and interact with others.

With training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Katharine strives to help clients better understand their emotions and strengthen the important relationships in their lives. She is committed to creating an open, compassionate, and caring environment where clients feel heard, supported, and safe to explore their experiences. Katharine believes that meaningful change can grow through connection and self-understanding, and she works collaboratively with each client to help them move toward their personal and relational goals.
